Page 2 -Editorials - column one is about the upcoming semester for the students that year, with the forming of the student congress and talk about the restrictions placed on driving cars and its effects on the sports of the school being the biggest news from the piece. Column two is about the V. P. F. and its formation, generally referring to a talk Captain Groseclose made to the student body and talks that are being had at the time. Beneath the second column is a picture of a man punching the letter T out of the phrase "IT CAN'T BE DONE" turning it into "IT CAN BE DONE" with a small line stating "Put 10% in War Bonds!" bellow everything on the page.
Page 3 - Literary - this page starts a piece titled "PAINTING THE HOUSE" that ends on the following page.
Page 4 - More Literary - starts with the closing of the "PAINTING THE HOUSE" piece from the page before, and then has a piece titled "THE TOOTH, THE WHOLE TOOTH AND NOTHING BUT THE TOOTH" that ti stated continues on the sports page.
Page 5 - Clubs - Notes some upcoming events and recent news about a few of the clubs at the school.
Page 6 - School News - this first piece writes about the former students that now are in the military in some form. the second piece is about the school band, and the final piece is about the two new teachers at the school, and noting the departures of 2 former teachers.
Page 7 - Sports - this page holds a lengthy piece that talks about courtesy and its importance.
Page 8 - Sports - this page begins with a quick blurb about the newly elected football team captian and a brief note about the difficultied with transportation, the next 3 paragraphs discus games that the school played. The final part from the story on "More Literary" titled "THE TOOTH, THE WHOLE TOOTH AND NOTHING BUT THE TOOTH." after the story finished it discusses the D. A. R. winner, Mayme McCoy, and the D. A. R. contest.
